This blog was inspired partially by my 70 plus year old neighbour. She has a busier social life than I do while I slave away at work and study. Furthermore she manages to carry off wearing two Rolex watches on one wrist, a Cartier love bangle on the other and her fingers are adorned with rocks, rocks and more rocks. So “dressing down” in my building is really a no go zone but I always have believed in dressing presentably. So every time I walk out, my neighbour will more often than not jump at the chance for a quick chat and inevitably a look at what we’re wearing. Thankfully, there haven’t been any scrunched up faces thus far so let’s keep it that way. She once told my Mum “I see your daughter likes nice things” so here we have it…”The Pretty Things Project” for all things pretty.
